These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms which apply to all Orders.
Customers are reminded that use of the Aqua Park is at each Attendee’s own risk. Participating on the Aqua Park is physically challenging and carry risks of personal injury that we cannot entirely eliminate. You should only participate on our sessions at Aqua Park Group with a full understanding of the risks and the steps you can take to minimise them. By entering the Aqua Park, you accept that you have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure your own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All persons in and around the Aqua Park should behave in a safe manner at all times.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
The following definitions will apply in this agreement:
Activity Waiver means the waiver document, including the entry conditions applicable to all Attendees, in the form provided from time to time;
Attendee means any person entering the Aqua Park site;
Aqua Park means the floating inflatable obstacle course and all of the facilities at the location specified in Your Order confirmation email;
Aqua Parks Group means Aqua Parks Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 10122468 whose registered office address is at c/o Lindley & Co Unit 52 Rumer Hill Business Estate, Rumer Hill Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, United Kingdom, WS11 0ET;
Contract means the contract between Us and You, concerning Your Order and Attendees’ entry to and use of the Aqua Park;
Customer/You/Your means an individual who places an Order for themselves and/or Attendees;
Entry Ticket means the ticket(s) provided by Us for Your Session when We accept Your Order;
Order means your order to purchase an Entry Ticket to the Aqua Park, whether placed through Our Website or in person;
Session means the date and time, as specified in the Order confirmation email, that You and/or the Attendee(s) in Your Order are, subject to these Terms and Conditions, permitted entry to the Aqua Park;
Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in this document;
We/Us/Our means the relevant owner and operator of the Aqua Park, including:
2. Our Contract
2.1 Your Contract for entry and use of the Aqua Park is with Us. The Contract is arranged by Aqua Parks Group in its capacity as agent acting on Our behalf. Aqua Parks Group accepts and manages Orders as Our agent.
a) At the Lakeside location: Aqua Park Lakeside Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 12362110 and whose registered office address is at 52 Rumer Hill Business Estate, Rumer Hill Road, Cannock, England, WS11 0ET;
b) At the Rutland location: Aqua Park Rutland Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 10438076 and whose registered office address is at c/o Lindley & Co Unit 52 Rumer Hill Business Estate, Rumer Hill Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, United Kingdom, WS11 0ET;
c) At the Cardiff location: Aqua Park Cardiff Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 10436147 and whose registered office address is at c/o Lindley & Co Unit 52 Rumer Hill Business Estate, Rumer Hill Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, United Kingdom, WS11 0ET; or and includes all employees and agents of Ours;
Website means Aqua Park Group’s website which can be found at www.aquaparkgroup.co.uk;
Unless the context otherwise requires, each reference to these Terms and Conditions is a reference to these Terms and Conditions as amended or supplemented from time to time.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to each Contract and contain information on how You can place an Order and the terms on which You and Attendees enter and use the Aqua Park.
2.3 It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that You have the authority to place an Order on behalf of all Attendees. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that a valid Activity Waiver has been completed by or on behalf of each Attendee included in Your Order. You are fully and vicariously liable for compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any failure to complete an Activity Waiver by or on behalf of an Attendee.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 All Orders placed by You are subject to these Terms and Conditions. You should read and make sure that You understand them before placing an Order. You should contact Us before placing an Order if you have any questions.
3.2 Orders may be placed in person, by emailing Us or by using Our Website. Accepted methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit or credit cards as well as valid and unexpired Aqua Park Group Gift cards. Please ensure that you read the full Item description details and are happy with your selection prior to purchase as we may be unable to rectify issues arising as a result of your mistake.
3.3 An Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may choose to accept. An acknowledgement of Your Order does not constitute acceptance. Our acceptance of Your Order takes place when We send You an Order confirmation email or, if You place an Order in person, when We tell You that We have accepted Your Order. At this point, a Contract comes into existence between Us and You.
3.4 Orders for exclusive use of the Aqua Park may be placed by email. Payment must be made in full when You place Your Order, subject to agreeing special credit terms. If special credit terms are agreed, a non-refundable deposit must be paid at least 1 month before the date of the Session.
3.5 Whilst We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that representations of the Aqua Park are correct, reasonable and accurate, images and video footage of the Aqua Park are for illustrative purposes only. By placing an Order, You confirm You are not relying on any such representations.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 The price of the Order will be as quoted on Our Website, in person or over email at the time You place the Order. The price of the Order includes VAT (where applicable and are broken down as follows:
sale price of the Item (“Sale Price”); plus
any per-Item service or facility charges (“Service Charge”); plus
any per-order handling and/or delivery fees (“Order Booking Fees”)
4.2 In many circumstances, Ticket prices are set at the time of the initial on-sale and stay the same until the time of the booking. However, some Tickets are “market-priced,” and so Sale Prices may increase or decrease at any time, based on demand. You will not be entitled to a refund or credit if (i) the Sale Price you paid for a Ticket was at any time before you purchased your Ticket less than the Sale Price you paid; or (ii) the Sale Price of any other Tickets to the relevant ticket (whether in the same price category or otherwise) is/are subsequently reduced after you purchase your Ticket.
4.3 Orders placed using discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes cannot be applied to bookings retrospectively or outside the valid booking and redemption dates specified online and in advertisements.
4.4 Payment must be made at the time the Order is placed or accepted and in any event before the Session. Payment may be made with cash (if in person), debit card or credit card.
5. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 By making an Order, you agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. You may request to change Your Session by emailing Us up to 7 days before the Session date. We will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate Your request, however, We cannot guarantee that You will be able to reschedule for Your requested date. Unavailability on Your requested date does not entitle You to a refund. No changes can be made less than 7 days before Your Session date.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Your Session at any time when reasonably required. We will inform You as soon as reasonably possible if We need to cancel or reschedule Your Session. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation if you have not provided the correct contact details for your booking. You will receive a gift certificate for the value of Your Order which You can use to re-book for an available Session. The cancellation or rescheduling of Your Session does not automatically entitle You to a refund. Unless Your Session has already started, if You placed the Order using Our Website then you have a statutory right to a 14 day cooling-off period in which You may cancel Your Order and receive a full refund by contacting Us and letting Us know that You are exercising Your right to change Your mind. (Service Charges and Order Booking Fees are non-refundable).
5.3 Cancellation: If Your Session that is cancelled in full (and you are unable to rescheduled), your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the Sale Price of your Tickets or Packages. If You do not have a statutory right to change Your mind, then You will only be able to get a refund where the Aqua Park is closed for more than 30 consecutive days. If You do not have a statutory right to change Your mind and Your Order relates to a season pass, then You will only be able to get a refund where Your closest Aqua Park is closed for more than 30 consecutive days.
5.4 Our right to remove you You will not be entitled to a refund if You and/or any Attendee are refused entry or removed from the Aqua Park and/or prohibit you from making future orders or using the Aqua Park Group Services in future if:
any abusive or threatening behaviour is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account;
we suspect any fraudulent activity or other illegal activity is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account; we suspect any unauthorised use of your account or other unauthorised activity is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account; you do not meet the entry requirements for swimming ability, age or height.
we are ordered to do so by any legal or regulatory authority; and/or
you otherwise breach the terms of this Purchase Policy or any other applicable policies or terms and conditions.
5.5 No Compensation: We are not liable to you for any compensation, reimbursement, or refund of any costs incurred by you, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other related expenses, in connection with your attendance at the cancelled event.
5.6 Insurance: We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance if you are travelling for your session including coaches, mini-buses, train fares, hotels and accommodation. The decision to purchase insurance and the terms of any insurance coverage shall be your responsibility.
5.6 Sickness or Injury You may be eligible for a refund or credit if you experience sickness or injury that prevents you from safely attending the Aqua Park. Provided that valid proof of your condition is submitted in the form of a medical or doctor’s note. To initiate a refund or credit request, you must notify us by email cs@aquaparkgroup.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible after the onset of your sickness or injury.
You are required to submit a valid medical or doctor’s note that clearly outlines the nature and duration of your condition or injury. The note should be issued by a licensed medical professional. Your refund or credit request, along with the required documentation, must be submitted to us at least 48hrs before your Session is due to take place. No refunds or credits will be considered for expired tickets. We will review your request and documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Approval of your refund or credit request is at our sole discretion, and we may require additional information or verification. If approved, we will issue a refund or credit to your account, as applicable, in accordance with our standard refund or credit procedures. The refund or credit amount, if approved, will be determined based on the nature of your condition and the duration of your inability to use our services. This amount may be a partial or full refund, or a gift card for future Tickets, as deemed appropriate by us. We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit request if the submitted documentation is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not meet our criteria for eligibility. Refunds or credit requests related to pre-existing conditions or conditions that existed prior to placing an Order may be denied.
5.7 Gift Cards purchased online are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused Gift Cards cannot be extended or redeemed beyond their original valid dates.
6. Admission to the Aqua Park
6.1 The Aqua Park is located on private property and a valid Entry Ticket corresponding to an Order is required for admission to the Aqua Park. Entry Tickets will be issued when an Order is accepted. All Attendees must have a valid Entry Ticket when attending the Aqua Park. Entry Tickets are only valid for the Session printed on the ticket and the corresponding Order confirmation email.
6.2 It is a condition of admission to the Aqua Park that You have paid for Your Order in full (unless special credit terms have been agreed for exclusive use of the Aqua Park).
6.3 By placing Your Order, you accept that each Attendee must agree to and comply with the entry conditions in the Activity Waiver, including those listed below, at all times while in the Aqua Park:
a) Attendees must be capable of swimming 25 metres unaided.
b) Attendees must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
c) Attendees must not have any illness, injury or medical condition which may be worsened by participating in activities or which increases the risk of injury to themselves or other Attendees.
d)Attendees must not have suffered any dislocation injuries prior to attending the Aqua Park.
e) Attendees must not be pregnant.
f) Attendees must behave in a safe, responsible and considerate manner and must not act in a way which may cause injury to themselves or other Attendees, or otherwise interfere with other Attendees’ use and enjoyment of the Aqua Park.
g) Attendees must comply with any reasonable instruction given by Our employees, personnel or any third party instructed on Our behalf, and must comply with all notices and directions provided and/or displayed by Us.
It is Your sole responsibility to ensure each Attendee’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions and the entry conditions specified in the Activity Waiver at all times while in the Aqua Park. If an Attendee does not comply with the entry conditions, they will not be permitted to enter the Aqua Park and/or may be removed from the Aqua Park, in each case without any right to a refund. It is a condition of admission to the Aqua Park that all Attendees aged 18 and above must read, understand and sign the Activity Waiver prior to entry. Where an Attendee is under the age of 18, the Activity Waiver must be signed on behalf of each such Attendee by a parent or legal guardian (authorised to sign on behalf of the Attendee) prior to entry. Any Attendee who fails to sign the Activity Waiver, or (if under the age of 18) for whom an Activity Waiver has not been signed, will not be permitted to enter the Aqua Park and/or will be removed from the Aqua Park, in each case without any right to a refund.
h) Attendees who leave the Aqua Park during a Session are not guaranteed re-entry.
j) Parental supervision of Children aged 6 and 7 years old can attend any session provided that an adult or guardian of 18+ is supervising them on the Aqua Park at all times, on a 1 adult to 3 children ratio. (*Rutland and Lakeside only)
k) Children aged 8 to 15 years old inclusive can attend any session but must have either an adult or guardian on shore, or on the Aqua Park with them for the duration of the session. 16 years old and over can attend any session without supervision.
l) The minimum height to participate is 1.20m, exceptions can be made for differently abled Attendees.
m) We make every effort to admit latecomers but admission on subsequent sessions cannot always be guaranteed. it is your responsibility to arrive in time for your Session, if you are late or miss your session you are not entitled to a refund or credit.
7. Changes to the Aqua Park
7.1 We endeavour to ensure that as many inflatables as reasonably possible are available for use by Attendees. However, We reserve the right to remove inflatables from the Aqua Park as We deem appropriate.
7.2 Your safety is Our primary concern. We therefore reserve the right to close the whole or any part of the Aqua Park or suspend the operation of the Aqua Park at any time for any technical or operational reasons (including staff illness) or due to weather, capacity, special events or for any other reason to ensure the safety and security of Attendees or if We reasonably consider the circumstances so require.
7.3 If the Aqua Park is closed for any of the reasons set out above, We reserve the right to provide Entry Tickets for an alternative Session in substitution for a refund.
8. Attendees with a Disability
8.1 We welcome visits by disabled people to the Aqua Park and endeavour to do all that is possible to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all. If any Attendees have any special requirements, You should inform Us of this before placing an Order.
8.2 Participating in water sports activities at the Aqua Park is vigorous and physically demanding. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to the Aqua Park should We feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason.
8.3 We have been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that We fully comply with all laws regarding the treatment of, and provision for, individuals with any disability and that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. We hope that You understand and accept any decision(s) made in the interests of safety. Read more about our accessibility policy here.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Our liability to You where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability: for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and for breach of Your legal rights in relation to Your Order (including Your consumer rights).
9.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Your Contract is with Us and not Aqua Parks Group, who act as Our agent solely for the purpose of accepting and managing Orders. Aqua Parks Group do not own or operate any of the Aqua Parks and bear no responsibility beyond the acceptance and management of Orders and for processing refunds to You (if applicable).
9.3 We are responsible to You for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us if We fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or fail to exercise reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
9.4 We are not responsible to You (or any Attendees) for any loss or damage suffered by You (or any Attendees) to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by Your (or an Attendees) failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Activity Waiver.
9.5 Personal property is brought into the Aqua Park at the owner’s risk. We are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss caused to personal property brought into the Aqua Park.
10. Complaints
We always welcome feedback from Customers and Attendees and, whilst We use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint. We fully review and investigate any complaint submitted following our complaints procedure.

11. How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)
We will only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy
12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions and/or Activity Waiver
We may change these Terms and Conditions and/or the Activity Waiver at any time and without prior notice. We will inform You as soon as reasonably possible of any such change.
13. Assignment
You cannot assign any of Your rights or subcontract any of Your obligations under a Contract without Our prior written consent. Entry Tickets are personal to Attendees and are not transferable.
14. Severance
Each clause of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any clause or part thereof is unlawful, it will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable.
15. Waiver
Failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right. No waiver of a breach of these Terms and Conditions will constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
16. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any Contract between Us and You shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim between You and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions and any Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Water Quality Information
We conduct regular Water Sampling procedures at each Aqua Park Group location. The Aqua Park is only open to customers when the water quality is advised to meet EU Bathing Standards and is safe for activities to take place. More information can be seen here.
18. Ticket Restrictions
18.1 Tickets may be sold subject to certain restrictions on entry or use, such as the admissions policy for entry. Any such restrictions will be displayed or otherwise notified to you before or at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read all notifications and other important information displayed or notified to you as part of the purchase process. We will not be responsible if you or any guests under your booking are refused admission because of a failure to meet or prove that you/they meet any restrictions (e.g. a minimum age requirement).
18.2 You are not entitled to purchase any Tickets as a trader acting in the course of business with the intention of reselling your Tickets for profit unless formal written permission is given by us and the relevant Event Partner in advance. If we discover or have reason to suspect that you have purchased and intend to resell, or have sold Tickets in breach of this clause, we reserve the right to cancel your Tickets without notice.
18.3 You may not resell or transfer your Tickets if prohibited by law. In addition, Event Partners may restrict or prohibit the resale or transfer of tickets for some events. Any resale or transfer (or attempted resale or transfer) of a ticket in breach of the applicable law or any restrictions or prohibition imposed by an Event Partner is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that Ticket.
18.4 Tickets purchased from us may not:
(a) be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes (or for other such similar commercial gain); and/or
(b) be combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package for sale or other distribution,
unless formal written permission is given by us and the relevant Event Partner in advance and provided that even if such permission is granted, use of our intellectual property is subject to the express prior written consent of the owner.
19. Photography and Filming Policy
Unless it is expressly prohibited, you are permitted to take photographs and recordings at the Aqua Park provided that these are solely for private use and are not sold or used for any commercial or public purpose. By accepting these Entry Conditions, you acknowledge that Aqua Park Group may request access to photographs taken and video footage captured by you. If they are deemed to be offensive to or infringe the privacy of other guests and/or staff we will request that they are deleted. By accepting these Entry Conditions, you agree not to intentionally photograph and/or capture video footage of any individual without that person’s permission and you must adhere to all photography/filming restrictions in place from time to time whilst at the Park. From time to time Aqua Park Group or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording which may feature Attendees. Entry to the Aqua Park is deemed acceptance of these Entry Conditions, and you, therefore, agree that Aqua Park Group or any authorised Third Parties, partners and or Media may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. 20. Season Passes
On your first visit, we will take profile photos and assign them to your account.
Each season pass is personal and only the person in the photo ID on the account will be able to use it.
20.1 Wetsuit hire is not included with season passes.
20.2 You are able to book a maximum of x2 free bookings per week, per season pass holder.
20.3 Season pass holders are allocated a select number of tickets at every session start time we have available (every 20 minutes)
20.4 You are able to book Seasonaire 1hr or 2hr seasonaire sessions only, general admission tickets sold separately.
20.5 Additional advance bookings can be made at the general admission price.
20.6 If you wish to visit again for free on the same day please check availability with reception upon arrival. (free double ups*)
20.7 Season passes are non-transferable – photo ID checks will be made at reception before tickets are issued.
If you have booked on behalf of someone else then your season pass(es) will be cancelled without refund and you will be subject to the charge of the general admission price at the ticket office.
20.8 If you are unable to attend please contact us to cancel your booking.
20.9 If we are unable to fulfil your booking for any unforeseen reason you will be able to rebook into another session. No refunds or credits will be considered.
20. 91 The week runs 00:01 Sunday – 23:59 Saturday. Season passes are personal and non-transferable, just like a gym membership!
